Thermic Fluid Heater
This thermic fluid/thermal oil heaters is designed for maximum efficiency, using a variety of liquid and gaseous fuels. It is designed with fuel flexibility in mind and can fire a range of heavy oils, light oils and gases. It allows high process temperatures at low operating pressures.

This thermic fluid/thermal oil heater is designed for maximum efficiency, using a variety of solid fuels including agro-waste fuels. It allows high process temperatures at low operating pressures.The combustion system for solid fuels consists of fuel handling and stoking equipment, refractory lined chamber, air and flue gas handling system (including draught, forced draught or balanced draught) with blowers and pollution control equipment. The furnace construction is done on site. It includes foundation, fabrication and erection of supporting structure, building up refractory chambers, fixing up firing doors, ash doors, access doors, fuel feeders, support bars for grates, grate bars, etc.

Multi solid fuel fired air heater offering high thermal efficiency, steady heat and constant air temperature.
Three-Pass indirect smoke hot air generator . All surfaces in contact with high temperature gases , such as the Generator shell and tubes, are made of high temperature resistant stainless steel.
Doors are provided for internal inspections and boiler cleaning; The burner grate is of Cast iron material and is fitted with a under stoker feeding system;. A small Hopper is provided for the biomass fuel such as sawdust, wood pellets and chips. Speed adjustable Gear motor (complete unit) can be fined tuned for perfect combustion flow regulation. Primary and secondary combustion air system is optimised for good combustion.
Can be used for room or green-house heating or for drying by ducting the hot air into kiln chamber.
Heat Capacities are available from 80 Kw/hr to 200 kw/hr.
Clean combustion can be achived by addition of Multi-Cyclone dust separator.
